Vercom

Vercom is a listed Polish cloud communications group behind MailerLite, MessageFlow and EmailLabs, covering email, SMS, push and chat channels.

Vercom is a listed Polish company that has built cloud communications platforms since 2005, moving email, SMS, push notifications and messaging-app traffic on behalf of business senders. Its own brands cover the technical end of that work: MessageFlow for email and SMS APIs, EmailLabs for deliverability, SerwerSMS and ProfiSMS for text messaging, PushPushGo and Redlink for push, and FreshMail for campaigns, with WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Viber reached as channels alongside email. The group works as a holder of communication products rather than one platform with one login. Each brand sells on its own site at its own price, and the corporate site describes the portfolio and links out. Vercom S.A. is run from Poznań, with further offices elsewhere in Poland and in the Czech Republic and Germany, and it publishes its financial results as a listed company. MailerLite, MailerSend and MailerCheck joined the group on 21 June 2022, when Vercom finalized the purchase it had announced that April, describing the result as a global CPaaS player. All three keep their own sites, plans, help centers and support, so buying MailerLite is still buying MailerLite; what changed in 2022 is who owns it. Each product's plan cards list its tiers.
