MessageFlow is a business messaging platform that sends email, SMS, MMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Viber and mobile push from one panel and one set of APIs. It is built for companies whose notification and marketing traffic has outgrown a single email tool and still has to stay inside European rules on where customer data sits. It is a product of VERCOM S.A., the Polish communications company based in Poznan. The platform is organised by channel. E-mail campaigns covers list sending, with a Drag & Drop creator, saved templates, contact groups and campaign reports that break out opens, clicks, a heat map, a domains report and a geo and tech report. E-mail API carries application traffic over SMTP or REST, with SMTP subaccounts, server-side message templates called with per-message variables, blacklists, tagging rules and webhooks that forward dispatch and engagement events. SMS, MMS and PUSH sit beside them as their own channels, with RCS, WhatsApp and Viber available on request. Segments and Email API Analytics are sold as separate modules, and an AI assistant drafts subject lines in the campaign editor. The platform suits mid-sized European senders that run both notification and marketing mail: retail and e-commerce teams, financial services and any company answering questions about NIS2 or DORA. Developers get SMTP credentials and a REST endpoint, and marketing teams work the campaign panel over the same contacts and the same authorized domains. SMS is configured for Polish numbers by default, and other destinations are verified with the sales team before sending. It is bought as one monthly subscription, priced by contact band and channel allowance, with extra IPs, users, contacts and message volume added on top. Its job is to keep order confirmations, password resets and account alerts on a stream held apart from newsletter traffic, so one kind of send cannot damage the reputation of the other. Domain authorization with DKIM and SPF, per subaccount blacklists and reports that separate hard, soft and spam bounces are the daily deliverability work. All customer data is stored in EEA data centres. The platform connects to Synerise, SALESmanago, ManagoAI, Mautic and User.com for automation, and its SMTP guides cover Outlook and Thunderbird for teams sending from a desktop client.
