HubSpot is the Cambridge company behind the HubSpot customer platform: Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, Data and Revenue Hubs on one Smart CRM.

HubSpot, Inc. is a Cambridge, Massachusetts software company founded in 2006 by Brian Halligan and Dharmesh Shah, then graduate students at MIT, around the idea of inbound marketing. Today it sells what it calls an agentic customer platform: Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Content Hub, Data Hub and Revenue Hub, all running on one shared Smart CRM, with an Agent Hub layer of AI agents on top. The company's own site reports 15 offices, more than 9,000 employees and 306,000 customers, and names Yamini Rangan as chief executive with Halligan as executive chairperson. The commercial model is the same across the hubs: a permanent free tier of tools, a Starter tier priced per seat, then Professional and Enterprise tiers priced per account with seats and marketing contacts on top and a one-time onboarding fee. The vendor publishes every limit and add-on price in a legal Product and Services Catalog. HubSpot serves small teams starting on the free tools, mid-market marketing, sales and service teams that want one shared CRM, and enterprises that need attribution, journey analytics and custom permissions. Marketing Hub is the product listed here, and its plan cards list every tier. Sales Hub, the sales CRM and outreach hub with sequences, forecasting and calling on the same Smart CRM, is listed here as well. Service Hub, the help desk, knowledge base and customer success hub on the same Smart CRM, is listed here too. Content Hub, the CMS and AI content software behind the website, blog and content library, is listed here as well.
