HubSpot Content Hub is CMS and AI content marketing software from HubSpot, built on the Smart CRM for teams running a website and blog together.

HubSpot Content Hub is content management and content marketing software for teams that publish a website, a blog and the rest of their marketing content from one system. It is one of the hubs of the HubSpot customer platform, made by HubSpot, the Cambridge, Massachusetts company behind the Smart CRM that all of its hubs share. Because pages, posts and forms sit on the same contact records as the marketing, sales and service tools, a visitor's behaviour on the site is available to everyone working that contact. The free CMS tools and the paid Content Hub tiers are the same product at different limits. Pages and blogs are built in a drag and drop editor with reusable modules, on templates managed in the design manager, and structured content comes from HubDB and dynamic pages driven by CRM objects. The AI Blog Writer drafts posts, brand voice profiles keep the wording consistent with content the team has already published, and Content Remix, in beta, turns one post into social posts and emails. In-editor SEO recommendations, automatic XML sitemaps and URL mappings handle the search side. Higher tiers add memberships, smart content, A/B testing, multi-language content with AI translation, content staging, Multisites across additional root domains, Content Approvals, activity logging and serverless functions. HubSpot hosts everything, including podcasts and video, and HubSpot Credits pay for the AI agents. Content Hub suits marketing teams that already run their CRM in HubSpot and want the website in the same place, from a two-person team on the free tools to a mid-market marketing department with a blog, landing pages and gated content to maintain. Editors who are not developers get the most from it, since HubSpot runs the hosting and the CDN behind every site. Enterprises come to it for approval routing, activity logs and per-section permissions on content. It is bought per seat at the Starter tier and per account at Professional and Enterprise, where seats are included and more can be added, all on one login. Inside a HubSpot stack it is the publishing end: forms feed Marketing Hub campaigns, the same records reach Sales Hub and Service Hub, and the App Marketplace connects tools such as Amplitude and Jira. Teams use it to launch a site, keep a blog running, localize both and report on traffic beside the contacts it produced.
