HubSpot Marketing Hub is marketing automation, email, landing pages, forms, social and ads on HubSpot's shared Smart CRM, from free tools to an enterprise tier.

HubSpot Marketing Hub is the marketing half of HubSpot's customer platform, and everything in it writes to the same Smart CRM that Sales Hub and Service Hub use. It is built for teams that want marketing, sales and service data in one place rather than stitched together, and it is made by HubSpot, Inc., the Cambridge, Massachusetts company founded in 2006 around inbound marketing. The tools are the inbound set. A drag-and-drop email editor carries smart content that changes by contact property, source or query string, with email A/B testing, an inbox preview for email clients and send-time optimization. Forms, pop-up CTAs and landing pages capture leads, and live chat with a bot builder talks to them on the site. Social publishing reaches Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and X, and ads audience sync with Facebook lookalikes runs retargeting across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok. The visual workflow builder runs email, SMS, ads, site and chat actions from one canvas, lead scoring ranks contacts, and Marketing Studio gathers a campaign's assets on one board. On top sit Breeze AI for subject lines and copy, an Agent Hub of content, data and customer agents billed in HubSpot Credits, and HubSpot AEO, which tracks how the brand shows up in ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. Predictive lead scoring, multi-touch revenue attribution and customer journey analytics arrive on the Enterprise tier. A preference center, double opt-in, a custom sending domain, dedicated IP and transactional email add-ons, an SMS add-on for US accounts, WhatsApp messaging, SAML single sign-on, a Salesforce integration and an app marketplace of more than 2,000 integrations complete the platform. Marketing Hub suits teams that want marketing, sales and service on one shared CRM, companies already using Sales Hub or Service Hub, small teams starting on the free tools or Starter, mid-market and enterprise marketing teams that need attribution and journey analytics, and US companies that want SMS from the same platform. It is sold on a free tier of tools, a Starter tier priced per seat, and Professional and Enterprise tiers priced per account on annual or monthly billing, with seats and marketing contacts on top and a one-time onboarding fee. The Product and Services Catalog, HubSpot's legal price document, sets every limit and add-on price. The everyday work in Marketing Hub is inbound: capturing leads with forms, pop-up CTAs and landing pages, running the email campaigns and nurture sequences, managing a multi-channel campaign from Marketing Studio, scheduling social posts, syncing ad audiences, reporting multi-touch attribution and tracking brand visibility in AI answers. It shares its records with the other HubSpot hubs, syncs with a Salesforce deployment where one exists and extends through the marketplace apps.
