Bending Spoons is a Milan technology company that buys established digital products and keeps them rather than reselling them. It owns Evernote, Vimeo, WeTransfer, Meetup, Remini, Komoot, AOL, StreamYard, Brightcove and, since 4 September 2026, Airtable. The company puts its reach at more than one billion registered users, over 400 million monthly actives and more than seven million paying customers. It runs shared internal systems across the portfolio, including Minerva for lifetime value prediction and Juno for payments. Milan is the head office and London the second one. Ownership changes the roadmap, and the company's own product cards say what it did after each purchase: a free plan for Meetup organizers, the first since 2005; sync in Evernote up to three times faster; AI captioning, dubbing and bulk translation added to Vimeo. Pricing and packaging stay per product, on each product's own site, and there is no group-wide price list or shared account. Vimeo, the video hosting and streaming platform, joined Bending Spoons in November. Eventbrite joined the portfolio on 10 March 2026, when the acquisition closed according to Eventbrite's own filing with the SEC, and the Bending Spoons homepage marks it as in its first round of improvements. Eventbrite continues to price and package its ticketing on its own terms, as every company in the portfolio does.
