Zoho Sign is e-signature and digital signature software from Zoho for businesses sending contracts, forms and approvals, sold per user with a free plan.

Zoho Sign takes a contract, policy or form from upload to a signed and sealed file without printing or scanning anything. Zoho Corporation builds and sells it as one of the separately priced applications in its business software range, with its own sign-up, help center and mobile apps. Signatures comply with the ESIGN Act, UETA and eIDAS. Every envelope keeps an audit trail of recipient actions with timestamps and IP addresses, and closes with a completion certificate. The document editor places signature, initial, text, date, checkbox and dropdown fields, and text tags inside a file can add them automatically. Templates keep frequently used documents ready, and each envelope sets its recipients, their roles, the signing order, a deadline and a reminder frequency. Bulk send delivers one document to a whole group, SignForms put a document behind a secure URL for self-service signing, and in-person signing passes the sender's device to the client. Signer authentication offers several methods, including knowledge-based questions, Advanced Electronic Signatures and qualified certificates from a trust service provider. A payment field linked to Zoho Checkout collects money at signing, and the Zoho Sign APIs, webhooks and SDKs embed signing in other apps and websites. HR, sales, legal and operations teams that send agreements and acknowledgements every week are the core users, along with businesses already working in Zoho CRM, WorkDrive or Zoho One. Typical jobs are sales contracts and NDAs, HR policy sign-offs, registration and consent forms published as SignForms, and agreements that need signing and payment in one step. Files come in from Zoho WorkDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, Box or OneDrive, and the signed copy goes back to the same folder. Sales teams send agreements from inside Zoho CRM, and connections to Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Zapier reach the rest of a team's tools. Native apps on iOS, Android and macOS carry the same sending, signing and status tracking outside the browser.
