Text is the Wroclaw company behind LiveChat and ChatBot, making chat, help desk and AI agent software for customer service and sales teams; listed in Warsaw.

Text builds the tools a business uses to answer customers over chat and turn those conversations into sales. The company started in Wroclaw in 2002 under the name LiveChat and took the name Text in September 2023. Its shares trade on the Warsaw Stock Exchange under the ticker TXT, and its US subsidiary, Text, Inc., works from an office in Boston. The Text platform brings live chat, tickets and an AI agent into one inbox, with one account and one set of plans. ChatBot is that AI agent: it learns a company's website, help center and files, answers customers on the site and in messaging apps, and hands harder conversations to a person. HelpDesk, sold on its own domain, is the company's ticketing system. Support email, contact forms and messages land in one shared queue, where rules route them and an AI Agent closes routine ones. The company's other products are LiveChat, KnowledgeBase and OpenWidget. Text sells by subscription to support and sales teams, from small teams earning their first revenue from chat to companies that have a custom AI agent built and run for them. Selling through Shopify is built into its plans, and the AI agent recommends products and answers order questions for online stores.
