Hootsuite is the Vancouver company behind the Hootsuite social media management platform and Talkwalker, the social listening product it acquired.

Hootsuite Inc. is a Vancouver software company that has sold social media management since 2008 and gives its name to the platform most people know. That platform is sold in named parts: Perch for publishing and the content calendar, Nest for a shared inbox of comments and messages, Lumen for listening and insights, an advertising view for boosting posts, and Wisdom, the in-app AI assistant. It is sold per seat with a trial. The company's second product is Talkwalker, the Luxembourg social listening and consumer intelligence company it acquired, which now sells the deeper Lumen by Talkwalker data on a custom quote and shares Hootsuite's privacy policy. Employee advocacy, once marketed as Amplify, is now the Parliament add-on for Enterprise customers. Hootsuite serves solo marketers and growing marketing teams that want publishing, inbox and boosting in one tool, larger organisations that negotiate single sign-on, advocacy and listening at the Enterprise level, and enterprise brand, PR and insights teams that buy Talkwalker for coverage beyond social.
