The company puts most of its weight behind the inbox side of the job: moderating and answering comments, direct messages, ad comments and reviews from one queue, with publishing, reporting and approval workflows around it. Listening, employee advocacy and competitive benchmarking are sold as add-ons on top of every plan, so a team pays for the parts it uses.
