Zoho Analytics
by Zoho • • Business Intelligence Software
Zoho Analytics is self-service business intelligence software from Zoho for business teams building their own reports, offered in the cloud or on-premise.
Zoho Analytics turns data scattered across business apps, databases and files into reports and dashboards that managers build and read themselves. It is designed so that business questions get answered without waiting on a data team. Zoho Corporation develops it alongside Zoho CRM, Zoho Books and Zoho Creator, and sells it with its own signup and help center. It runs as a cloud service or as an on-premise edition a company installs on its own servers. Data arrives through ready-made connectors for business applications, connections to relational databases and imports from files. Live Connect queries a database directly for live reports, so the data is not stored on Zoho's servers, while scheduled imports keep other datasets in sync. Zoho Databridge links sources kept on a company's own network to the cloud service. A visual data preparation layer cleans, pivots and reshapes tables without code, and a drag-and-drop builder turns them into charts and dashboards. Ask Zia answers plain-English questions with charts and narrative, and Zia Insights points to the key drivers behind a change and flags anomalies. The product suits business users in sales, finance and marketing who would rather build their own reports than file requests with analysts. Companies already running Zoho CRM, Zoho Books or Zoho Creator get ready-made connectors to that data. Organizations that must keep data in-house can choose the on-premise edition, or reach local databases from the cloud through Databridge. Software companies can also offer it to their own customers as white-label, embedded analytics. A typical first project is a sales pipeline dashboard fed from Zoho CRM or Salesforce and mailed to managers as a scheduled report. Finance teams combine figures from Zoho Books or QuickBooks Online with other sources into one reporting model. Marketers blend Google Ads and GA4 data to compare spend against traffic, and support leads follow ticket trends from Zendesk. Roles, groups and row-level security decide which rows each person sees, whether on the web, in the mobile apps or in a PDF export. For a company already working in Zoho's applications, it becomes the place where each department's numbers are read side by side.
