Authors build walkthroughs in a no-code editor with AI and a template library, and Self Help answers questions at the moment of need. Content passes through multi-level approvals and staging before release, with one-click rollback when the underlying software changes. Product Analytics adds AutoCapture event tracking, Session Replay, Real-Time Cohorts and journey analysis, with Whatfix AI answering questions in plain language. Mirror creates replica application environments for Simulation Training, AI Roleplay of voice and chat scenarios, and scored assessments. The platform is built for the people who own enterprise applications and answer for how well they are adopted. Learning and enablement teams use it to bring new hires up to speed, while call centers and service desks rehearse customer conversations in Mirror. Compliance and QA teams check that staff follow approved task paths. Product teams can point the same analytics at custom applications they build themselves.
