Superhuman Mail is an email client for people whose working day is measured in replies. It runs on a Gmail or Outlook account and adds keyboard commands, a split inbox and an AI assistant that drafts and shortens mail. The product belongs to Superhuman, the AI productivity company formerly named Grammarly, which acquired it and kept its name. It is sold on its own plans page, separately from Superhuman Docs and Superhuman Go. Split Inbox separates important mail from newsletters and notifications, and Auto Labels files each message into categories such as Respond, Waiting and FYI. Auto Archive turns those labels into rules that keep running on new mail. Superhuman AI covers the writing: Write with AI for a first pass, Auto Drafts for ready-made replies, Ask AI for questions about the mailbox and Auto Summarize for long threads. Remind Me and Snooze take a thread out of the inbox and bring it back at a set time, Send Later queues a message and Undo Send recalls one. Read Statuses and the Recent Opens feed show when mail was opened, Snippets store the answers a team sends often, and the built-in calendar with Share Availability books a call without leaving the client. It is built for teams that already run on Gmail or Outlook and want to move through mail faster: founders and executives, sales teams that need to know whether a proposal was opened, and customer success teams that pass threads between them. Shared Conversations, Team Comments and Shared Drafts make it a team inbox rather than a private one. The most advanced AI, the CRM connections and Recent Opens sit on the Business plan, while single sign-on, SCIM, team analytics and unlimited seats come with Enterprise. Pricing is per member a month, on annual or monthly billing. Most of the work happens in the daily pass through the inbox: clearing what arrived overnight, chasing a quote that went quiet, and handing a customer thread to the person who should answer it. HubSpot and Salesforce keep that activity beside the CRM record, Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams turn a thread into a meeting, and Claude and ChatGPT reach the mailbox through Superhuman Mail MCP. Offline Support keeps recent mail readable on a flight, and the iOS app covers the phone. It sits beside Superhuman Calendar and Superhuman Docs in the Superhuman Platform line, and alongside Grammarly, which the same company still publishes under its own name.
