Qualaroo is a ProProfs survey and customer feedback tool for website, in-app and prototype surveys, with IBM Watson sentiment scoring of open-text answers.

Qualaroo asks website visitors and app users short questions at the moment they act, so a team learns what people think while they are still on the page. It is a ProProfs product with its own site at qualaroo.com, and it has collected user experience insights since 2010. Its surveys appear inside a website, a mobile app or a prototype, and the same account also sends surveys by link and email. Nudges are the core format: survey panels placed on chosen website pages, with Advanced Targeting deciding which visitors see them and how often. Mobile In-App Nudges carry the same idea into iOS and Android apps, and Nudge for Prototypes puts questions inside a design under test. The AI Survey Creator drafts a survey to start from, and Question Branching changes the next question based on an earlier answer. Sentiment Analysis by IBM Watson scores open-text comments for sentiment, keywords and emotion, while a Word Cloud shows the ideas that recur. Survey Maker adds web forms shared by link, QR code, email or social post.
