Prezly is PR software: a hosted online newsroom, a contact CRM and coverage tracking in one. Built for comms teams that bring their own journalist contacts.

Prezly is PR software for teams that publish their own news and want one place for the whole announcement. It brings the newsroom, the contact list, the pitch and the record of coverage together, so a launch does not spread across a website CMS, a spreadsheet and an inbox. Prezly BV has built and sold it from Leuven in Belgium since 2010. The company is independent, and Prezly is its only product. Online Newsrooms host a branded press page built for search engines and AI assistants, with stories, images and video in one library. The story editor writes a release and embeds galleries, files and buttons inside it. The PR CRM holds contacts a team imports and curates itself, with a contact importer for existing spreadsheets and tags for building media lists. PR Outreach sends the pitch from the platform and reports who opened, clicked and replied. Coverage keeps each clipping with its outlet, author and publication date, fed by Prezly Monitoring powered by OPoint and by Google Alerts, and email reports send digests with the coverage embedded. Higher tiers add white-label sites, localisation with auto-translation, sending from your own domain, single sign-on and longer version history. Prezly suits in-house communications teams running one brand, small agencies working on a single client domain, nonprofits and gaming studios with regular announcements, and global teams publishing one story in several languages. It fits teams that already own their journalist relationships, because the CRM is one they fill themselves rather than a database they rent. Teams that want a ready-made list can ask Prezly to build a curated one. It is bought per account rather than per seat, with the site, user and contact limits set by the tier, and the plan cards list every tier. Day to day the work is a launch from end to end: build the list, write the story, pitch it, publish it to the newsroom and then log what appeared. Around that sit the routine jobs, from a weekly coverage digest for stakeholders to a press kit of images and video that journalists help themselves to. Online news is what Prezly's own monitoring covers, so teams tracking print, television or radio keep a separate service for those. Everything published stays in the branded newsroom, so the story a journalist opens weeks later is the one the original pitch linked to.
