Moz Local is local listing management: directory sync, duplicate suppression, review replies, social posting and map-pack rank grids, priced per location.
Moz Local is a local listing management tool for a business that wants its name, address, hours and categories correct everywhere Google looks, and for the agencies that manage that for client locations. It is made by Moz, which has been a Ziff Davis company since 4 June 2021 and sells its products through Ziff Davis's Martech segment, the Moz Group. Directory distribution pushes a location's data to Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, Bing Places and a network of more than 90 directories and data aggregators in the US, with smaller networks in Canada and the UK, and Google, Apple and Bing listing sync keeps them aligned. Duplicate listing detection and removal cleans up stray entries, Listings Health NAP discrepancy checks flag fields that drift from what was entered, and Listings AI recommends categories. Review monitoring and responding handle reviews from one inbox, with Reviews AI reply suggestions, review sentiment analysis and competitor review benchmarking. A social scheduler posts to Google Business Profile and Facebook, with Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok posting on the top tier, and Google Business Profile insights and Bing Places insights report the results. Local Grid, a map-based rank tracker, shows how a business and named competitors rank at grid points around a location. Bulk location purchase by CSV, agency permissions and a free Check Presence lookup that reports where a business is listed round out the tool. Moz Local suits single-location businesses on the Lite plan, agencies managing client listings, multi-location brands under the Enterprise threshold, franchises that need a dedicated account manager and teams that also want social posting from one tool. It is sold per location on the Lite, Preferred and Elite tiers, billed yearly or month to month, with review responding, sentiment, social posting, competitor analysis and agency permissions from Preferred and the Listings AI add-on, more social networks, Facebook boosting and a reporting suite bundled on Elite. Listings AI and Reviews AI are otherwise add-ons, larger location counts move to a custom Enterprise contract, and the plan cards list every tier. In daily use Moz Local syncs business data across Google, Apple, Bing and the directories, cleans up duplicate and inconsistent citations, answers reviews from one inbox, schedules Google Business Profile posts, tracks map-pack rankings around a location and reports listing health across many locations. It sits beside Google Business Profile itself and a business's own website rather than replacing them.
