Attendees join from a link in any modern browser, with nothing to download and no app to install on either side, and hosts run everything from the registration page to the follow-up email in one place. It is made by Livestorm SAS, a Lyon, France company founded in 2016. Live webinars and virtual events are the core, with on-demand replay recordings afterwards. Hosts build branded event registration pages, send automated invitation and reminder emails, and track where each registration came from through automatic UTM registration source tracking. During the session, live polls and Q&A and in-event chat keep the audience involved, live captions are in beta, and AI Content Repurposing, also in beta, turns the recording into follow-up content. A company page lists public events, a Zapier integration reaches other tools, and HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo and Pardot sync arrives on the Enterprise plan. SAML single sign-on is a paid add-on, live translation and interpretation is an Enterprise add-on, and restreaming to LinkedIn or YouTube, extra API calls and multiple workspaces are priced on request. It is sold on an annual attendee-credit pack rather than per-seat billing: a Free plan with a small yearly credit allowance, Pro packs that get cheaper per credit as they grow, with longer sessions and larger live audiences, and Enterprise with the longest sessions, live translation, custom analytics and a dedicated CSM, priced on request. In daily use Livestorm hosts product demos and sales webinars, customer onboarding and training sessions, online conferences and summits, company all-hands and internal communication, and live Q&A sessions. It syncs registrations to the CRM and hands off to Zapier for everything else, so it sits beside HubSpot or Salesforce and the email tool rather than replacing them.
