Intuit Enterprise Suite is mid-market ERP and accounting software for multi-entity companies, sold on a custom quote and separate from QuickBooks Online.

Intuit Enterprise Suite is cloud ERP and accounting software for mid-market companies that run several legal entities, locations or projects on one set of books. It is built and sold by Intuit, the company behind QuickBooks, TurboTax and Mailchimp, and Intuit states that it is distinct from its QuickBooks Online and Desktop products rather than a larger edition of them. The suite holds the general ledger, payments, payroll and reporting for a whole group in one place, so a finance team stops assembling group numbers from entity-level books by hand. It is sold from its own site, through a conversation with sales rather than a signup form. Multi-entity accounting consolidates the companies in a group and posts intercompany eliminations that link back to the source transaction. Payments and bill pay cover customer invoicing, recurring invoice drafts, reminders, bill entry and supplier payments in the same solution, with AI agents handling routine matching and drafting. Human capital management adds employee records, time and payroll beside the ledger. Business intelligence reports cover financial reporting on dimensions such as location, department and project, while fixed assets post depreciation on a schedule and project accounting carries budgets against actuals, job costing and work in progress. The suite fits finance teams at mid-market companies with multiple entities, sites or projects to report on, and Intuit names construction, professional services, nonprofit, manufacturing, retail and food service as its markets. Controllers, accounting managers and operations leaders are the people in it daily, with role based access keeping approvals and settings to the seats that should have them. It also suits groups that want payroll, payments and accounting from one vendor, and companies whose accountant works through the Intuit ProAdvisor programme. The suite is sold by quote, as a custom bundle and agreement built around the buyer's needs and the Intuit solutions they choose. In daily use it is the system of record for a group that reports one consolidated set of numbers and still shows each entity, site and project on its own. Teams allocate shared costs between entities, cost jobs while the work is running, pay suppliers, chase customer invoices and close the month with approval decisions logged as they are made. Open API access lets the ledger sit beside the CRM, payroll and industry systems a company already runs, with customer records staying in a connected CRM rather than in the suite. Because Intuit sells it as a separate product rather than an upgrade tier, arriving from QuickBooks Online is a migration a finance team plans instead of a switch inside one account.
