ExoClick is a self-serve display ad network for advertisers buying banner, native, popunder, push and video traffic and publishers selling ad zones.
ExoClick lets a business buy traffic from websites across its network and lets site owners sell space on their pages. An advertiser builds a campaign, picks a format, sets the targeting and launches it alone; a publisher creates ad zones and places them on a site. EXOCLICK, S.L. develops the platform in Barcelona, where Benjamin Fonzé founded the company in 2006. Both sides work from the same site and login, so one company can buy and sell through one account. The campaign builder covers banner, sticky banner, native, popunder, fullpage interstitial, push, email clicks, direct link and video formats, among them Video Slider, Outstream Video and In-Video Banners served through VAST. Targeting reaches from locations, devices, browsers, carriers and languages to Keywords, which match terms in site URLs and ad zones, and to contextual ads read from page tags and categories without cookies. Ad Schedule handles day-parting by time zone, and Frequency Capping controls how many times the same user is shown an ad. Several variations of a creative can run side by side, with traffic split evenly, by fixed share or automatically by CTR or conversion rate. Statistics break results down by domain, site and ad zone, and creatives hosted elsewhere come in as an HTML banner tag or an iframe URL. The network suits media buyers and affiliate marketers who run their own campaigns and want control over format, placement and timing. It fits advertisers in entertainment and affiliate verticals as well. App marketers who measure installs through AppsFlyer or Kochava can feed those results back as conversions. Publishers with their own sites use the same account to earn from their traffic, placing zones by tag or through the Ad Placement API. Teams that already serve creatives from another ad server bring them in as tags instead of uploading files. A common job starts with a push or popunder campaign for one offer and a tracker such as Voluum, RedTrack or Binom passing each conversion back. Smart Bid then steers delivery toward a Target CPA while the buyer watches which variations hold their rate. Store owners on Shopify run the same loop with a sale as the conversion event. The daily work for a buyer is reading results by domain and ad zone, then reshaping targeting and schedules for the next round.
