Clientjoy is a client CRM for freelancers, consultants and small agencies, covering leads, proposals, invoices and a client portal. Part of Synup.
Clientjoy keeps a service business's work with its clients in one app, from the first enquiry to the paid invoice. It joined Synup in 2024 and is run by Synup Corporation, a company registered in New York. The app treats leads, proposals, contracts and payments as one journey. Each client can sign in to a portal that carries the business's own branding. Work starts in the Sales Pipeline, where leads sit on a Kanban board or in a list and move between stages by drag and drop. Web Forms collect enquiries as contact forms, surveys or registration forms. Two-Way Calendar Sync connects Google, Apple and Microsoft calendars, and the Meeting Scheduler gives separate links for external and internal meetings. The Mailbox links Gmail and Outlook threads to the right lead, while activities and reminders keep follow-ups on time. Proposals, contracts, invoices and reusable Items handle the paperwork, Email Sequences send follow-ups, and Joy Assist drafts emails from short prompts. The Starter plan is aimed at independent businesses, freelancers and consultants, and Premium at an agency managing a larger book of client accounts. Both plans carry Synup's Listings Management for client locations, and Premium adds Review Management. A typical week begins with a form enquiry landing as a lead and a discovery call booked through a meeting link that names Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams as the location. Email from that prospect stays attached to the lead in the Mailbox, and the call itself appears on the synced calendar. Once the client agrees, a proposal and contract go out, and invoices follow when the work is delivered. Apps outside Clientjoy connect through Zapier, Pabbly Connect, Make or Integrately when a step needs another tool. It fits a consultant or a small agency that wants clients, paperwork and payments handled in one place rather than spread across separate subscriptions.
