SocialBee is a social media management tool that plans, schedules and publishes posts for solopreneurs, small businesses and agencies from one calendar. It solves the daily grind of keeping several social profiles active without rewriting and reposting the same content by hand on each network. The product has been sold since 2016 and has belonged to WebPros, the company behind cPanel, Plesk and WHMCS, since the acquisition closed in August 2024. SocialBee Labs SRL, a subsidiary of WebPros International GmbH, remains the legal entity behind the service. Content lives in a category-based calendar, so each profile gets its own mix of topics and its own posting schedule, and SocialBee publishes automatically. Direct publishing covers Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, TikTok, YouTube and Bluesky. Universal posting schedules content for Facebook Groups, WhatsApp, Telegram, Mastodon and Quora, where API restrictions rule out direct posting. Recycle posts and post variations keep evergreen content in rotation, and best posting time recommendations come from the account's own top-performing posts. The first comment can be scheduled with the post, a bulk editor imports content into categories, and content approval routes new posts to a reviewer by profile or content source. The social inbox gathers comments, mentions and messages from Facebook, X, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn and YouTube into organised streams with notes for the team. AI content creation drafts posts tailored to each platform and suggests a posting strategy, and social media analytics track account growth and export PDF reports. SocialBee suits a solopreneur or small business owner who runs a handful of profiles alone, and a freelancer or agency that manages content for clients. The Agency plans add the profile, user and workspace allowances a team needs to keep each client in its own workspace, with its own calendar, approvals and reports. Teams that plan by content category rather than by date get the most out of the calendar. It is bought as one subscription per plan, monthly or annual, covering a set number of profiles, users and workspaces under one login. Every tier opens with a free trial that needs no card, and the plan cards list every tier. Day to day, SocialBee is where a week of posts gets written, designed and queued, then answered from the inbox once it goes out. Canva, Unsplash and GIPHY supply the visuals, Bitly, Rebrandly, Replug, Switchy, RocketLink, BL.INK and JotURL shorten and track links before they publish, and Zapier connects the calendar to the rest of a team's stack. It sits beside the design and reporting tools a small team already uses rather than replacing them. For an agency it stands between the client's brand assets and the networks, with approval and reporting in the middle.
