Progress Software makes software to build, deploy and manage AI-powered applications, and has owned the Domo data platform since September 2026.

Progress Software's products ground artificial intelligence in a company's own knowledge, data, workflows and business rules. The same portfolio supplies the governance, security and cost controls that keep that AI accountable once it is deployed. The company trades on Nasdaq under the ticker PRGS. Each product line keeps a name of its own, among them OpenEdge, Sitefinity, ShareFile, Chef, MarkLogic, Telerik and WhatsUp Gold. Sitefinity delivers digital experiences with agentic retrieval-augmented generation, and ShareFile Enterprise brings governance controls to enterprise document collaboration. Kemp LoadMaster and Flowmon belong to the same portfolio. On 22 September 2026 Progress completed its acquisition of Domo's AI and data platform business. Domo keeps its name and its site, and adds a cloud platform that connects a company's data sources, prepares the data and turns it into dashboards, apps and AI agents. Progress sells to organizations ranging from small and midsize businesses to the Fortune 500.
