It has no parent company and still calls itself a startup. The company sells two products under the Drip name. Drip is the ecommerce email and SMS automation platform: a drag-and-drop email builder, visual workflow automation, onsite popups and forms and SMS campaigns in one account, priced by contact count rather than by feature tier. Sleeknote is a popup and onsite form builder that Drip acquired on 23 February 2022 and that continues to sell as its own product, with its own signup and pricing, on its own site. Drip serves ecommerce brands on the major store platforms, small marketing teams without a dedicated automation specialist, and B2C sellers of physical and digital goods. Drip is bought by contact count and Sleeknote on its own subscription, each from its own site.
