Zapier is a no-code iPaaS that connects more than 10,000 web apps with automated Zap workflows, built for ops, sales and support teams without developers.

Zapier is a no-code integration platform, an iPaaS, that connects web applications and moves data between them through automated workflows called Zaps. It exists for teams whose work is spread across many SaaS tools that do not talk to each other, without waiting on engineers to wire them together. Zapier Inc. has built and owned it from San Francisco since 2011, and the company has stayed independent under its own name. A Zap starts with a trigger in one app, such as a new form entry or an incoming webhook, and then runs one or more actions in other apps. Paths add conditional branching so one trigger can take different routes, Looping by Zapier repeats steps over a list of items, and Formatter reshapes dates, numbers and text or looks values up in a table. Webhooks by Zapier sends and receives webhooks, and the API Request action calls a connected app's API beyond the catalog of more than 10,000 apps. Partners can also offer those integrations inside their own product under their own brand. Tables stores records inside the account, Forms collects input with conditional logic, and Zapier Copilot drafts a Zap from a plain-language description. AI fields add a model step inside a workflow; Agents and Chatbots run as their own AI assistants. Zap history shows the data each step received and sent, errored runs can be replayed by hand or by autoreplay, custom error handling paths catch failures, and version rollback restores an earlier build. Developers publish private or public connectors through the Platform UI and the Platform CLI. Zapier suits operations, sales, marketing, support, IT and HR teams at companies that run on many SaaS applications and want handoffs between them to happen without code. A single operator can start on the no-cost tier with two-step Zaps, a working team moves to Professional for multi-step Zaps and Paths, and a department shares Zaps, folders and app connections on Team with SAML SSO. Organisations that need unlimited users and advanced admin permissions and app controls buy Enterprise. Zapier is bought as a subscription priced by the monthly task tier rather than per seat, under one account login. Between a company's form tool, CRM, help desk, spreadsheet and chat app, Zapier does the copying and routing that would otherwise be done by hand. Ticket intake, drafted replies, priority triage and queue management are the kinds of flow it runs, and its catalog includes Slack, Gmail, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Discord and Klaviyo. A library of Zap templates gives ready-made flows for common app pairs. Software vendors list a connector for their own product in the catalog through the developer platform.
