Xodo Sign is e-signature software from Apryse, formerly eversign, for small teams and developers, priced per seat with unlimited documents on paid plans.

Xodo Sign sends contracts, agreements and forms out for legally binding electronic signature and returns a signed PDF with its audit trail attached. It began in 2017 as eversign, which Apryse acquired in a deal announced in November 2022. The service now carries the name of Apryse's Xodo PDF apps. It is built for teams that want signing without per-envelope charges. It also serves software makers who want a signing step inside their own product. Documents arrive from a computer or from Dropbox, Box, OneDrive and Google Drive, then get signature, initials, checkbox, dropdown and attachment fields. Sign in Order routes them to signers one after another, while Templates save fields and signer roles for reuse. A Template Link publishes a form anyone can open and sign, and Bulk Sending pushes one template to a CSV list of recipients. Signer authentication by SMS code or PIN, In-Person Signing, auto reminders and expiration dates complete the sending side. The Professional tier adds advanced PDF editing and custom branding. Freelancers, small businesses and growing teams that send agreements every week are the core audience. Paid signature plans are sold per seat with unlimited documents, and signers need neither a seat nor an account. Occasional senders can stay on the free plan, while larger organizations get an Enterprise quote. Developers buy separate API plans, starting from a free sandbox, and embed signing in their own application through an iFrame and a JavaScript library. Sales and operations staff send NDAs and service agreements straight from Salesforce or Zoho. The signed copies are stored back without a manual upload. Field teams collect waivers in person on a tablet and check document status from the iOS and Android apps between visits. Product teams that sell software online wire the API into their signup flow, so a customer signs the agreement without leaving the app. Every completed document carries its signers' names, email addresses, IP addresses and timestamps, a record of who signed and when.
