Tallyfy is workflow software for client and supplier onboarding: processes run from templates and guests finish their tasks from an emailed link. Sold per seat.
Tallyfy turns a procedure that lives in a document or a flowchart into a process people run one step at a time, with every task assigned and visible. The work it targets repeats often, such as taking on a new client, and tends to rely on written procedures nobody reads and on chasing colleagues for updates. Tallyfy, Inc., based in St. Louis, Missouri, builds it and sells nothing else. A process starts as a template: a list of steps, each with an owner, timings, form fields and settings of its own. A kick-off form gathers details before the first step, and a public version lets someone outside the company start the process themselves. Automations react to form answers and task events by showing or hiding steps, changing the assignee, moving deadlines, reopening a task or firing a webhook. Running processes appear in the Tracker, as Board View or Table View, and a filtered view can be saved as a Preset. The fit is strongest for operations teams that run the same process many times, such as client, supplier or franchise onboarding. It suits work where much of the effort sits with people outside the company. Customers and suppliers join as guests: a task arrives by email, opens through a secure link and is completed without an account. Guests see only their own tasks, under the company's logo and colours. Staff are bought per seat, a full seat for those who build and launch processes and a light seat for those who track and complete their own work. A typical run begins when a new client's onboarding launches from its template and the client answers the kick-off form. Each department then picks up the steps assigned to it, and a question about a step is asked and answered in that step's comments, which the guest can read too. Email reminders go out for upcoming and overdue tasks. The Slack app posts an alert when a task is assigned, completed or due, and Microsoft Teams carries the same task notifications in its activity feed. What the team ends up with is one record per client or supplier, showing which steps are finished and which are still waiting on someone.
