Supermetrics is a marketing analytics tool that moves ad, analytics and CRM data into Sheets, Looker Studio and warehouses, with seats capped per plan.
Supermetrics is a marketing analytics tool that moves data out of ad platforms, web analytics, CRMs and social networks and into the spreadsheets, dashboards and warehouses a team already reports from. It replaces the weekly routine of logging into each platform, exporting a file and pasting it into a report. Supermetrics Oy, an independent company founded in Helsinki in 2013, builds and owns it. Destinations come first. Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel take scheduled pulls, Looker Studio gets a live connector, and BigQuery and Snowflake receive scheduled transfers whose fields can be modified before they land. Data Explorer is the query builder: pick a data source, a report type, a date range, the fields and the filters, and the result goes to the chosen destination. Data blending joins several sources into one table, custom fields add formulas across them, and currency conversion brings spend into one reporting currency. Dashboards ship with templates such as Paid media performance, and scheduled report emails send Sheets and Excel reports on a timetable. Supermetrics Studio answers plain-language questions with reports and executive summaries using Claude, ChatGPT and other models, and API key authentication opens the data to a team's own tools. Supermetrics suits marketing teams that report in spreadsheets, analysts who build Looker Studio dashboards from ad data, and data teams that want marketing data in the warehouse beside sales and product data. Agencies use workspaces to keep each client's sources and users apart, and paid media managers use it to line up Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and Microsoft campaigns in one view. A single marketer can start on one destination and a handful of sources, and a larger team moves up as its users, sources and accounts grow. It is bought as one account on the Starter, Growth, Pro or Enterprise tier, each setting the number of users, data sources and accounts per source, with paid extras above those caps; the plan cards list every tier. In use, Supermetrics sits between the platforms a team advertises on and the tools it analyses in. Connectors cover Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Facebook Ads, Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Pinterest Ads, Marketo, Ahrefs and Google My Business, each with its own historical range and refresh window. It does not replace the BI tool or the warehouse; it feeds them, and Supermetrics Storage is a paid add-on that stores a team's data on the Supermetrics side. Every connector can be tried before it is bought, and destinations are added to the same account as extras rather than as a second product.
