SnapLogic is an iPaaS and data integration platform for enterprises linking cloud and on-premises apps, data, APIs and AI agents, sold by quote in packages.
SnapLogic moves records between business applications, databases, warehouses and AI agents through pipelines drawn on a visual canvas. Each step is a Snap, a prebuilt connector or transform, so most integrations take little hand-written code. SnapLogic Inc., based in San Mateo, California, develops the platform as an integration and applied AI layer for the enterprise. Its control plane runs as a multi-tenant cloud service, while the nodes that process data can sit in SnapLogic's cloud or inside a customer's network. Mappings are built with the Mapper Snap and its expression functions, with the In-Memory Lookup Snap for reference data. Snap Packs reach SAP through BAPI and RFC calls, mainframe files through the Copybook Snap Pack, Kafka and JMS messaging, any HTTP source through the REST Snap Pack, and PDFs through OCR extraction. Pipelines run as Scheduled Tasks for batch loads or as Ultra Tasks for low-latency work, on Cloudplex nodes or on Groundplex nodes behind the firewall. The Monitor section shows activity, pipeline logs and execution statistics, and lineage leaves as OpenLineage events. SnapGPT drafts pipelines from plain language, AgentCreator builds LLM-powered agents, and API Management exposes pipelines as APIs through a developer portal. The platform suits enterprise integration teams that connect many cloud applications to older systems such as SAP or a mainframe. Data engineers can use the ELT Snap Pack, which turns transformations into SQL that runs inside Snowflake or Databricks, alongside the application work in the same tool. Software companies can embed the platform in their own products under their own brand through an OEM program. Organisations leaving an older integration platform can start with SLIM, which moves existing integrations without custom work for each source system. A common job keeps Salesforce, NetSuite and SAP records in step, with automatic Snap retries and error pipelines catching calls that fail. Another lands application data in a Snowflake warehouse and lets the warehouse run the transformations. Developers who need a connector the catalog lacks write custom Snaps with the Snap developer kit, and teams can start from the pipeline patterns shipped in the product instead of a blank canvas. Through Git integration, an operations team can revert a broken pipeline to an earlier version without rebuilding it.
