Skribble is e-signature software for European businesses, with simple, advanced and qualified signatures under eIDAS and ZertES, sold per user or per signature.

Skribble sends contracts, HR forms and other documents out for signature online and lets the sender choose how much legal weight each signature carries. Skribble AG builds and runs it from its head office in Zurich, with a German company in Karlsruhe. Signatures are valid under eIDAS in the EU, ZertES in Switzerland and ESIGN and UETA in the United States. For documents that require the written form or carry a high liability risk, Skribble points to the qualified signature. Every account works with three standards: the simple electronic signature (SES), the advanced one (AES) and the qualified one (QES). Qualified signatures are issued through Swisscom as a Swiss trust service provider. Signers verify their identity once, by email address for SES, by mobile number for AES and online, for example through a selfie video, for QES. A sender sets the signing order, adds observers and attachments, and invites external signers who need no Skribble account. Each document closes with a signature protocol, an audit trail with a secure timestamp. The Skribble API brings the same flow into a company's own software over REST. Skribble is built for Swiss, German and other European organisations whose contracts must be legally valid, up to the qualified level. A sole trader who signs now and then uses Starter, which has no subscription and charges for each signature. Small teams subscribe per user on Team or Pro, billed yearly or monthly, and share a yearly allowance of advanced and qualified signatures across the company. Pro adds automatic deletion, the integrations and API access. Larger organisations and high signature volumes are quoted on Scale, which brings cost centers, electronic seals and a service-level agreement. HR departments use Skribble for employment contracts. Contracts drafted in Word or kept in OneDrive, SharePoint Online or Google Drive go out for signature from where they already sit, and sales teams start the same request from Salesforce or HubSpot. Companies on SAP or Abacus connect through the integrations, while Power Automate, Zapier and the API carry signing into automated workflows. Submissions to public authorities and written-form contracts are the jobs the qualified signature is there for.
