SigningHub takes a document from upload to a signed PDF that can still be verified long after the signing date. Ascertia Limited, a London company working on digital signatures since 2001, owns and operates it. The service covers every level of signature strength, from basic electronic signatures to advanced and EU qualified ones. It runs as a cloud service or inside an organisation's own data centre. A sender uploads a document, adds recipients and chooses a serial, parallel, individual or custom workflow. Workflow templates save that setup for reuse, and bulk share sends a batch of drafts in one step. Signers can confirm who they are with an SMS or email one-time passcode, or sign in through Freja eID, BankID or itsme. Remote Qualified Signing keeps each user's key in a certified hardware security module under that user's control, while local signing works with a smartcard or national eID. Every finished workflow produces a Workflow Evidence Report, and the iOS and Android apps prepare, send and sign away from a desk. The product is built for organisations that must prove who signed a document and when. Legal, banking, insurance and government teams use it for advanced and qualified signatures that meet eIDAS, the ESIGN Act and UETA. Smaller teams buy seats online, paid annually, while lower-volume senders can prepay a pack of signatures that also opens the API and connector apps. Enterprises needing EU qualified signatures, their own certificates or an on-premise install buy the Bespoke plan by quote. Much of the signing starts inside the systems where documents already live. A sales team sends an agreement for signature from Salesforce through SigningHub for Salesforce, and a records team signs contracts inside SharePoint without exporting them. Completed copies can be filed back to Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox. Developers use the REST API and mobile SDK to put signing inside their own website or app. For approval chains that must survive an audit, the evidence report closes each workflow with a log of every step taken.
