Signaturely is e-signature software for freelancers and small teams, with templates, bulk send, signing links and separate API plans for embedded signing.
Signaturely gets contracts, leases and HR forms signed online without printing, scanning or posting paper. A sender uploads a PDF or Word file, places fields and emails it to each signer. Signaturely, LLC, an independent California company founded by Will Cannon, builds and sells it. Each signed document keeps an audit trail of signer names, email addresses, IP addresses and timestamps. Templates save a document with its fields and signer roles, so a repeat agreement goes out with minimal setup. Custom signing order routes one document to several signers in turn. Fields cover signatures, initials, dates, text and checkboxes, and each can be assigned to one signer and made required. Bulk send pairs a single-role template with a CSV of names and email addresses. Signaturely Forms shares a document at a link, so people sign without the sender knowing their email address in advance. Signaturely is built for freelancers, solo founders and small businesses that want agreements signed without a long setup. Personal fits one account with a light monthly volume, while Business adds team management, custom business branding and the independent audit trail for every user. The Signaturely API, sold on plans of its own, puts the signing flow inside a developer's web app. Platinum and Titanium add Embedded Signing, Embedded Requesting and OAuth, and Titanium adds Full White Label. Pricing runs per account on Personal, per user on Business and by monthly request volume on the API. Day to day, a landlord sends the same lease from a saved template and an HR lead collects signed offer letters from new hires. Files come in from a computer or are imported from Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or Box. When a signed contract should start the next task in a sales or billing app, Zapier or the API's webhooks pass it along. For a small business that sends the same few agreements again and again, Signaturely turns each one into a template any client can sign from an email or a link.
