Signable gets a contract, offer letter or supplier form signed online, so nobody has to print, sign and scan it back. Signable Ltd builds and sells it from Bristol, as an independent business with no parent company. Its signatures follow UK eIDAS and the Electronic Communications Act 2000, and are legally binding in the UK and across most of the world. Advanced Electronic Signatures are currently available in the UK only. A document goes out as an envelope, and Document Tracking shows where each one stands. Every completed file carries a tamper-evident certificate listing signer details, IP addresses and timestamped events. Document Templates save a recurring contract once, and senders choose All-at-once signing or One-at-a-time signing to set the order. Auto Reminders chase anyone who has not signed, Auto Expire closes an envelope on a chosen date, and Bulk Send issues one document to many recipients. Widgets turn a document into a single link that creates a new signed copy each time someone completes it. Occasional senders pay per envelope with no annual commitment, while regular senders take an annual plan with a set envelope allowance. The Business and Enterprise plans, sold by quote, add the API, teams, bulk sending, single sign-on and an account manager. UK-registered charities receive a discount on the first year of any annual plan.
