Scrive eSign Online is e-signature software for European teams that need BankID, MitID or qualified signatures, sold per user with eID checks as add-ons.

Scrive eSign Online sends contracts for signature from a web account and keeps a sealed record of how each one was signed. Scrive AB, a Stockholm company founded in 2010, develops it beside eSign GO, eSign API and eID Hub, which are sold as separate products. The problem it addresses is proof of identity, so checks through national eIDs sit at the centre of the signing flow. Every signed file comes with an Evidence package, an audit trail of each signing step embedded in the document. Signed agreements land in the E-archive, which can also file them to OneDrive, Google Drive or Dropbox. Senders set an Invitation order so parties sign in turn or at the same time, and an In-person meeting option lets someone sign on the spot. Templates, the Contact book, Request attachment and custom branding of signing emails and pages come with the Business plan. Signer checks run through PIN by SMS, eIDs such as BankID and MitID, Onfido verification and Scrive QES for qualified electronic signatures. eSign Online suits European organisations whose agreements need a verified identity behind them, in banking, insurance, automotive, telecom and real estate. Small teams that only need plain e-signing start on Essential. Identity checks open up on Business, while SSO, signing groups and contract end date reminders belong to Enterprise. Only the person who sends a document needs a licence, so signers never do. A sales team sends quotes for signature through the Salesforce, HubSpot or Pipedrive integrations. Onboarding staff at a bank or insurer have a new customer sign with BankID, so the identity check and the signature sit in one evidence file. Car and property sellers send purchase contracts to private buyers, or let a buyer sign in person at the meeting. Agreements can also reach a customer's Kivra or e-Boks mailbox, and Scrive MCP lets an AI agent send them out for signing. A team drafting in Google Docs or Microsoft 365 sends the finished agreement straight to signing through the plugin.
