Sales Cookie is sales commission software for small businesses, finance teams and staffing firms, billed per user each month with no long-term contract.
Sales Cookie works out what each salesperson has earned from closed deals, invoices and payments, replacing the commission spreadsheet that gets rebuilt every period. It comes from Ninth Floor Technologies, the company that trades under the Sales Cookie name. Plans, deal credits, payouts and the questions reps raise about them sit in one place, so the administrator no longer reconciles files by hand. Plan Designer walks an administrator through an incentive program step by step. Goals, quotas, rewards and cumulative or non-cumulative tiers are set in the wizard, and a plan checker explains how each result was reached. Rewards can add fixed cash bonuses and sales contests to regular commission. A crediting engine routes deal credit with team split rules and manager set-asides, and payment triggers pay when the customer pays or reverse commission after a claw-back event. Simulations predict incentive spend, finance reports cover ASC 606 amortization and liabilities, and AI Assistants answer commission questions around the clock. The natural owner is a finance or sales operations team at a small or midsize business whose plans have outgrown a spreadsheet. Staffing and recruiting firms are a named audience, with connections for Bullhorn, JobAdder and Spott. Companies with reps abroad can pay everyone in their own currency, using manual or automated exchange rates. Sales Cookie charges per user each month, with no long-term contract, and a trial includes every feature with sample data. A higher tier adds custom authentication and custom integrations for organizations with more plans and transactions. A typical period starts with closed deals and invoices arriving from Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, NetSuite or Stripe, or through CSV uploads and the REST API. Admins review, adjust and release the run, and the results appear on each participant's incentive dashboard with an online statement. When a rep disputes a line, the inquiry is categorized and submitted from that dashboard for the plan administrator to resolve. Enrollment happens through checkbox acknowledgements or e-signatures, while change logs and audited role changes keep a trail for review. Once a run is released, the Payroll Gateway pushes the finalized payouts to the payroll or finance system that pays them.
