QuotaPath is sales commission software for RevOps, finance and sales teams, sold per user on annual terms plus a platform fee, with ASC 606 expensing.
QuotaPath replaces the commission spreadsheet: it works out what each rep has earned from closed deals and shows that figure to the rep, the manager and finance at once. QuotaPath Inc., an independent company with offices in Philadelphia and Austin, builds and sells it. The aim is fewer calculation errors, fewer disputes at payout time and comp plans that leadership can actually test before rolling out. Plans start in the AI-Powered Plan Builder, which drafts a plan from an existing document or a prompt, or by hand from quota and commission components dragged into place. Components carry rate tiers, attainment multipliers and milestone bonuses. Reps open an Earnings page that separates closed-won deals from pipeline, and Commission Forecasting shows what an open deal would pay. Deal Flagging lets a rep raise a question that stays open until an admin resolves it, while Plan Verification collects each rep's sign-off on the plan. For finance, Ledger records commission expense immediately or amortizes it over the deal term for ASC 606, and clawbacks are generated from negative earnings or removed deals. The product suits companies whose salespeople are paid on quota and commission and whose plans have outgrown a shared workbook. RevOps owns the plans, finance owns approvals and expensing, and every rep and manager logs in to follow their own numbers. It is sold per user on annual terms with a monthly platform fee on top, in two tiers. Growth covers plan building, forecasting and ASC 606 support, and Premium adds Plan Modeling, multi-level approvals, custom reporting, payroll sync and API access. Companies that would rather hand the work over can add service packages run by QuotaPath's comp specialists, including the Atlas AI strategist. A commission cycle in QuotaPath begins when a deal closes in Salesforce or HubSpot and its earnings land on the rep's page at the next sync. Invoice data can come in from Stripe, Chargebee or NetSuite as well. At period end an admin approves payouts, publishes each rep's payout statement and sends the approved amounts into a Rippling pay run. Sales leaders run quarterly contests and SPIFs on the same data, and Plan Modeling tests a new quota or rate against real deals before the next plan year. The whole loop, from a closed deal to a paid rep and a booked expense, runs in one place for RevOps and finance.
