Qodo is an AI code review tool that comments on pull requests in GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket and Azure DevOps, billed by pooled credits with no seat count.

Qodo gives every pull request an AI review before a human reviewer opens it. Codium Ltd. builds it and does business under the Qodo name, which replaced the earlier CodiumAI brand. The product sets out to be a quality layer between code an AI agent wrote and code that is ready for production. Earlier names for it include Qodo Merge, Qodo Gen and PR-Agent, which lives on as an open-source project on GitHub. Agentic PR code review reads the change with context from the wider codebase and posts its findings inline, in the Files changed view of the git host. Each finding can carry a committable fix, and small single-file fixes get an Apply Suggestion button. A structured pull request summary, with a walkthrough and the file changes grouped by category, opens each review. The Rules system holds a team's review standards, and a .pr_agent.toml file tunes the behaviour of each repository. PR Triage gathers the organisation's open pull requests from every repository into one shared queue. Qodo suits engineering teams that open many pull requests across several repositories and want a consistent first review on each one. It fits teams that already let coding agents write code, because pre-PR review skills let those agents check their own work before a pull request exists. Platform and security teams at larger companies can run it as single-tenant SaaS, on their own servers or fully air-gapped, with SSO, audit logs and their own LLM keys. Maintainers of public open-source projects on GitHub have a dedicated Open Source program. Qodo runs inside the git host a team already uses: GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps or Gerrit. Developers read and apply its comments in the pull request itself, and Qodo also connects to IDEs. Coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex and Kiro install its review skills and run them on local changes. Reviews draw on context across repositories, which lets Qodo flag a change in one service that breaks another. The result is a review step that holds every pull request to the same written rules, whoever or whatever wrote the code.
