Pipeline CRM is a per-user sales CRM for small and mid-size teams in construction, manufacturing, logistics and services, built around a visual deal pipeline.
Pipeline CRM gives a sales team one board where every open deal sits in its stage, with the contacts, email and documents behind it. The product was known as PipelineDeals, and its Seattle company was founded in 2006. Pipeline CRM was acquired by saas.group in 2022. Its aim is real depth without the setup and reporting work that usually takes a specialist. Deals move between stages on a drag-and-drop Kanban board or in a list view. Each stage carries a probability that feeds a weighted forecast, and reports and custom dashboards follow deals, activity and team goals. Email sync logs Gmail or Outlook messages on the matching contact and deal, and email campaigns send timed follow-up sequences. Automations create tasks, notify owners, assign companies or call a webhook when a record changes. Lead forms turn website submissions into people, deals or companies, while Instant Docs fills Word templates from deal data and sends them for eSign. The AI Email Assistant drafts messages, and Copilot, in beta, sets up pipelines and reports from a plain-English request. Small and mid-size sales teams are the fit, above all in construction and the trades, manufacturing, wholesale, logistics, agencies and professional services. Estimators, office staff and owners can all work from the same customer record. A rep's morning starts in the inbox, where a prospect's reply lands on the deal without a forwarding step. A form on the company website drops a new enquiry onto the board and hands it to the next rep in the rotation. Teams that invoice from QuickBooks Online or wire tools together in Zapier connect those to the same records. Pipeline Connect has Pipeline CRM's own team build and maintain other links. Out on site visits, reps log calls and scan business cards in the mobile app. The manager's forecast then reflects the day's work.
