MindStudio turns a written business process into an AI agent that runs the same way every time, built on a visual canvas instead of in code. GoMeta, Inc. operates the platform under the MindStudio name as an independent company funded by venture capital and angel investors. The platform covers the whole life of an agent: building, testing, deploying and operating it. Model access is handled inside the platform, so builders choose models without opening an account with each provider. Agents are assembled on the Automations Canvas, where each block is one action the workflow executes. The MindStudio Service Router connects every agent to models from many providers, and any single block can override the agent's default model. Data Sources attach uploaded files for retrieval, while the Run Function block runs custom JavaScript or Python as a step. Buyers pick a flat plan per account, from a free tier through an individual subscription to a quoted business workspace for teams, and model usage is billed on top at cost. A support team can load its help documents into a Data Source and embed the resulting agent on its website through a signed URL. A marketing team can start an agent from a webhook or an inbound email, draft social posts, and send the results to Google Sheets or a Slack channel. Sales operations teams connect agents to Salesforce or HubSpot records, and individuals run their own agents from the MindStudio Chrome Extension while they browse. Each of these jobs is one published agent, restored to an earlier version or edited again whenever the process behind it changes.
