Maximizer CRM is customer relationship management software for financial advisors and sales teams, priced per user, with an on-premise edition beside the cloud.

Maximizer CRM keeps each client's details, conversations and follow-up work on one record, so an advisor or a sales rep sees the whole relationship before the next call. Its maker is Maximizer, a Vancouver-grown firm dating from 1987. The cloud product comes in a Financial Services edition and an All Industries edition for sales teams. A third edition runs the same CRM on a customer's own servers. Records cover companies, contacts and households, and admins add custom fields and lists without writing code. Tasks, reminders, call logs and Action Plans keep follow-ups on the right entry, while the Outlook integration saves sent and received email to the matching contact or lead. Web-to-Lead Forms turn website submissions into Address Book entries, and territory rules give each new entry an owner by location. Opportunities move across Kanban boards and feed custom dashboards with real-time reporting. On the top tiers, Workflows assign work from date-field triggers and IQ Boost writes summaries of client records and household histories. Permissions by user, role and record type decide who sees what, and iOS and Android apps carry the records into the field. The Financial Services edition is shaped for wealth management and insurance advisors who run a book of business and need family connections between related clients. The All Industries edition, with its Core, Business and Business + tiers, suits sales teams whose managers coach deals, set activity targets and run AI-Powered Playbooks. Firms bound by strict security, data residency or compliance rules can take the On-Premise edition and decide when updates arrive. Cloud plans are priced per user per month, each one starts with a booked demo, and Enterprise and On-Premise terms are quoted by the sales team. Much of the daily work can happen inside Microsoft Outlook, where client email lands on the record without a separate filing step. Before a client review, an advisor opens the household and reads its IQ Boost summary instead of scrolling back through old notes. In a sales team, AI insights flag the deals that need attention, and Deal Coaching and Meeting Prep readies the rep before a pipeline meeting. Maximizer CRM fits firms already working in Microsoft 365 that want client history, tasks and pipeline next to the inbox they use all day.
