Landbot is a no-code chatbot and AI agent builder for capturing and qualifying leads in website chat, sold in plans by seats and monthly chat volume.

Landbot replaces the static web form with a guided chat that asks one question at a time, checks each answer and routes the visitor to a next step. HELLO UMI S.L. has developed it in Barcelona since 2015 and still owns it. The current version pairs scripted conversation steps with AI agents. Open questions get a written answer, while the details a sales team needs are captured in validated steps. Bots are designed on a visual canvas, where blocks such as Formulas and Human takeover are wired into branching paths. The AI agent answers from a knowledge base built from pasted text, uploaded documents and website URLs, in the visitor's own language. Human takeover moves a conversation into a shared inbox with the full transcript and every captured field attached. The Flow Analytics tab shows conversion and drop-off block by block, and A/B testing compares two versions of a flow. A template library covers lead generation, qualification, booking, surveys and support, and the API and SDK let developers open custom channels. Landbot is aimed at marketing and growth teams that own lead generation and want to change a flow without waiting on developers. A single marketer can start on the free plan, and new accounts get a trial with everything included before they fall back to it. Paid plans combine seats with a monthly allowance of chats and AI chats, and usage beyond it is metered per chat. WhatsApp on a company's own number is a Professional tier of its own, and larger teams sign a Business contract with dedicated support and an uptime SLA. Companies that would rather not build can hand the work to the Managed Services team. On a website, Landbot runs as a chat widget, an embedded window or a full-page conversational landing page. A typical lead flow greets a visitor, scores the enquiry with a formula, offers a meeting and then writes the contact into HubSpot or Salesforce. Answers can also land as a row in Google Sheets or as an alert in the sales team's Slack channel. On WhatsApp, the same qualification steps run beside message templates in a channel customers already use. Support teams use the canvas for first-line answers and pass harder cases to an agent in the shared inbox, so a person only joins once the bot has collected the context.
