Jitterbit's Harmony is an iPaaS for connecting business apps, managing APIs and running EDI, with private agents that reach systems inside a company network.
Jitterbit connects the applications, databases and trading partners a business depends on, so records move between them without manual exports or hand-written scripts. Jitterbit, Inc. of Alameda, California builds it and sells it as the Harmony platform. Harmony combines integration, API management, EDI and low-code app building behind one Harmony login. The aim is a single place to design, run and watch every connection a company maintains. Integration Studio is the visual designer, where operations are assembled from prebuilt connectors and chained with conditions and loops. Its connector catalog covers applications such as Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite and Coupa, and the HTTP v2 connector reaches any REST endpoint the catalog lacks. Developers package connectors of their own with the Connector SDK or the Connector Builder. A plain English description of a need is enough for the AI to generate connections, queries and variables. API Manager publishes operations as secured custom APIs with a developer portal, Jitterbit EDI handles B2B documents, and App Builder produces low-code applications. Jitterbit suits mid-size and enterprise IT teams that run integration as a shared service across many systems. It fits companies with on-premises databases or ERP systems, since private agents installed on their own servers carry data between those systems and the cloud. Organisations that exchange EDI documents with trading partners can run those flows beside their application integrations. Software makers and managed service providers embed Harmony integrations in their own products through the Partner Program, which offers white-labelling at its OEM tier. A typical project keeps Salesforce accounts and orders in step with SAP or NetSuite, using webhook triggers as records change and scheduled runs for bulk loads. Data teams feed Snowflake, Amazon Redshift and Apache Kafka topics from the same projects, with Marketplace recipes and process templates as starting points. Work is built in one environment and migrated to production, while the Management Console's Runtime page tracks every operation. When an operation fails, an On Fail action runs a fallback operation and a scripted loop can retry it, which is how teams keep a broken sync from going unnoticed.
