Intentwise is a retail media analytics platform for brands and agencies on Amazon and Walmart, sold by demo, that pairs marketplace data with bid automation.
Intentwise gives sellers on Amazon, Walmart and other marketplaces one standardized record of their advertising and retail data, then acts on that record by changing bids. Reporting, diagnostics and campaign changes sit behind a single sign-in. The platform is organized in four layers: Foundation, Intelligence, Optimize and AI Gateway. Intentwise Inc., a San Diego company founded in 2016, builds it and remains independent. Foundation is the data layer. Its Data Store holds Amazon Ads, seller and vendor reports, and its Data Pipelines deliver them to Snowflake, BigQuery and Redshift. Intelligence adds dashboards, anomaly detection and diagnostics, while Intentwise Explore opens Amazon Marketing Cloud for path-to-purchase studies in interactive apps, without SQL. Product 360, offered in early access, follows organic ranking and share of voice for each product. Optimize applies custom rules or AI-driven bidding, keyword harvesting and negative keyword targeting on Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Criteo, Target Roundel and TikTok, and runs Amazon DSP display and video beside search, with AI Gateway carrying the analytics into assistants such as Claude and Copilot. The platform is built for brands and agencies whose growth runs through retail media, Amazon first, and who want analysis and bidding in one place. Agencies with many clients copy rules across accounts and international marketplaces, follow results across accounts in the mobile app and send clients white-label reports. Brands entering Amazon DSP can buy through Intentwise's seat or bring their own. Data teams with a warehouse or a BI tool take the cleaned data through the pipelines instead of exporting reports by hand. A seller with thousands of Amazon campaigns groups them by label and lets Optimize rules adjust bids within each group. An analyst reads ACOS by hour from Amazon Marketing Stream data, or traces the ad exposures that came before a purchase in Amazon Marketing Cloud before moving budget toward DSP. A brand manager watches which competitors take the top organic and sponsored positions on a key search term. A finance lead opens the same figures in Power BI or Looker Studio, so the ad team and the finance team judge marketplace results from one set of numbers.
