Integrate.io is a data pipeline platform for ETL, ELT with CDC and Reverse ETL, built for data and ops teams and sold as one flat-fee plan with no usage meter.
Integrate.io moves data between business applications, databases, files and warehouses, so a team can feed reports and operational systems without writing pipeline code. The company behind it traded as Xplenty before the rename, and it is privately owned. The platform runs as a hosted service. One account covers ETL, ELT with change data capture, Reverse ETL and an API for automation. ETL work is built as packages in the Package Designer, a canvas where sources, transformations and destinations are wired together. Components join, filter, aggregate, look up and pivot records, and runtime variables let one package serve many pipelines. Ask Helm, the in-app AI assistant, answers documentation questions and can build a package from a plain-language request. The ELT and CDC side replicates MySQL through its binlog and reads PostgreSQL and Oracle LogMiner sources. It carries new columns, type changes and table renames through to the destination. Monitoring records run times, row counts and schema changes on every run, and the REST API and an MCP server create and run packages from code. Data and operations teams that keep many pipelines running between SaaS applications and a warehouse are the core users. Salesforce teams use it to sync and migrate CRM records, and agencies use it to take in data from many clients at once. It also fits teams whose dashboards need data refreshed within minutes instead of overnight, and teams that replicate production databases into an analytics warehouse. A common job is a two-way sync between Salesforce and a warehouse such as Snowflake, BigQuery or Redshift. Client files arrive over SFTP or from Amazon S3, where XML is parsed and PDF reports become CSV rows before loading. Production tables in MySQL or PostgreSQL replicate continuously into Snowflake or into Databricks Delta tables for analysts. Reverse ETL then returns modelled warehouse data to the CRM, and a failed run posts an alert to the team's Slack channel or pages whoever is on call through PagerDuty.
