Infogram is a data visualization tool from Prezi for interactive charts, maps, reports and infographics, with a permanent free plan for web publishing.
Infogram turns spreadsheets and other data into charts, maps and visual reports that can be published on the web or embedded in another site. Work starts from a template, so a chart, a map or a multi-page report is assembled from data rather than drawn by hand. Infogram belongs to Prezi Inc., the presentation software company, and is sold from infogram.com under the Infogram name. Infogram SIA, registered in Latvia, operates it alongside Prezi. The editor offers chart families well beyond bars and lines, including sankey, alluvial, radar and sunburst charts. Custom Maps plot regions, countries and cities, with markers placed on top. The AI Infographic Maker and the AI Chart & Graph Generator build a first version with AI, and AI Chart Recommendations suggest a chart type for the data. Data Import brings in spreadsheets, while live connections to Google Drive, JSON feeds and online databases keep a chart current. Brand Kit applies a team's logo, colours and fonts, and Callouts & Annotations, highlighted lines and tooltips guide the reader's eye. Infogram serves marketing and communications teams, media publishers, government offices, nonprofits and educators who publish data to the public. A single user can work alone, and a team works in a shared space with real-time collaboration, commenting and team templates. Admins grant view or edit rights project by project. Published work meets the WCAG accessibility guidelines at level AA, with screen-reader labels and keyboard navigation for readers who need them. A common job is an annual report or a campaign infographic built from a Google Sheet that stays linked, so the published charts change when the sheet does. Media publishers covering an election embed interactive maps and searchable tables in articles, where readers hover for values and sort the rows. Communications teams turn a project into graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram or X posts and follow how readers engage through tracking links. Data teams use the Infogram API to update, publish and export charts from their own systems, keeping reports in step with the numbers behind them.
