Hightouch is a composable customer data platform for teams on Snowflake, BigQuery or Databricks: it activates warehouse data without storing a copy.

Hightouch is a composable customer data platform that activates customer data where it already lives, inside a company's own cloud warehouse. Instead of ingesting and storing a second copy of customer records, it reads from Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks or Redshift and syncs the result into the tools that marketing, sales and support teams work in. The company behind it, Hightouch, is independent and sells the platform directly. It closes the gap between a warehouse that already holds the truth about a customer and the dozens of systems that do not. Reverse ETL is the foundation. Models built in SQL or in a no-code editor sync warehouse tables to destinations such as Marketo, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Analytics and Amazon EventBridge, and warehouse sync logs record every run and every failed row. Customer Studio adds audience filters, computed traits and the Profile Explorer, so a marketer can assemble a segment without writing SQL. Hightouch Identity Resolution lets a team set its own matching rules and keep ownership of the identity graph. Event collection gathers first-party events from web, iOS and Android and from server-side code, validates them against an implementation plan, and streams them on in real time, while the Personalization API returns a profile's traits on request. Data Agents apply the same data to AI decisioning. Hightouch is built for teams that already run a cloud data warehouse and treat it as the system of record: the data and analytics engineers who model customer data there, working with the growth and lifecycle marketers who act on it. It suits companies that have outgrown a packaged customer data platform or never wanted one, and it assumes a warehouse is already in place, because that warehouse is what it reads. The platform is bought as one product with three pricing groups, two of them usage-based and quoted by the sales team, and the plan cards list every tier. Day to day, Hightouch keeps operational tools current. Lifetime spend and days since last order land on CRM records, audiences assembled in Customer Studio reach the marketing and analytics tools a team already uses, and product events arrive in seconds rather than overnight. Consent choices recorded in OneTrust are honored on the way out, and workspaces can run in EU or US cloud regions. It sits between the warehouse and the marketing stack, downstream of whatever pipelines fill the warehouse, and it backfills a newly connected destination with past data when a team adds one.
