Helpjuice is knowledge base software for internal wikis, SOPs and public help centers, made by an independent Miami company, with AI search and writing.
Helpjuice gives a company one place to write, organise and publish what its staff and customers need to know. It is built for teams outgrowing cluttered folders and general-purpose wikis, and the same platform can run a private base behind a login or a public help center on the company's own domain. Helpjuice Inc., an independent company with an office in Miami, Florida, has developed it since 2011. Writers choose between Markdown and WYSIWYG editors, with tables, custom HTML and embedded video, and several people can work on one article at once and leave comments. Every revision is kept, so an editor can compare versions and restore an earlier one. The Review Process sends drafts to assigned reviewers before they go live, templates and a glossary keep wording consistent, and auto-publish and expiration dates handle time-bound content. Readers search with AI Search, which forgives typos and suggests related articles, while the AI Suite adds the AI Writer, the AI Chatbot, the Auto-Updating KB Chrome Extension and the Step-By-Step Tutorial Builder. Translation runs through AI with synchronized updates and translation reports, and analytics show what readers look for. Support teams use Helpjuice to let customers solve problems themselves before a ticket is ever opened. Operations teams keep SOPs and onboarding material under reviewer control, with access restricted by user, group, URL or IP address and sign-in through single sign-on. Companies that depend on organic traffic to their help content get metadata management and internal linking for public articles. Brands with a strict look can map a CNAME domain, start from one of dozens of themes and adjust the design in the Visual Editor, and Helpjuice's own team takes on deeper code changes. A support desk on Zendesk or Freshdesk can connect its ticketing to the knowledge base through Helpjuice's integrations, and Slack and Microsoft Teams are among the chat tools it links to. A REST API lets other systems create and update content. Moving in from an older tool starts with a mass upload of existing articles, and export to PDF, DOCX or HTML keeps a full copy portable. The result serves an employee checking a procedure, an agent answering a ticket and a customer arriving at a help article from a search engine.
