Gumloop is an AI agent builder where staff without coding skills create agents for Slack, Teams, email and the API, priced on a monthly credit allowance.
Gumloop turns routine work in sales, support, marketing and data into tasks that an AI agent carries out inside a company's own apps. AgentHub Inc. develops it and sells it under the Gumloop name. Each agent combines a model picked from presets or by provider, written instructions, connected apps and knowledge sources. Once it works, its builder can share it with the rest of the team. Company Brain is the shared knowledge base that agents search, so their answers draw on what the team has already written down. Subagents let one agent hand parts of a task to others that run in parallel. Connectors and MCP servers reach outside apps, and a team can connect its own MCP server or host one from code kept on GitHub. Triggers start an agent on a schedule, on an app event or from its own webhook URL. Approval rules set each tool to Always allow, Ask each time or Never allow, with requests answered in Slack or in the chat. Gumloop is built for teams where people outside engineering want to make their own agents while IT decides what each agent may touch. Connector policies can be scoped to a single agent, and Enterprise adds org-wide policies, SCIM and SAML sign-in, role-based access and audit logs. Pro is a single self-serve plan with unlimited seats, billed as a base fee with a monthly pool of credits plus an orchestration fee. Organisations that need a Virtual Private Cloud, custom credit volumes or dedicated Slack support buy Enterprise through sales. Typical agents keep CRM records current, analyse recorded calls, answer support questions, build UTM links for campaigns and refresh older content for search. People talk to them in Slack, Microsoft Teams or email, or open a hosted chat page. Developers reach the same agents through the Python and JavaScript SDKs, the Gumloop CLI and a sessions API. That lets a run start from inside another product, with connectors to Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk or Notion doing the work. Gumloop fits companies whose work already happens in chat and who want agents to do their share of it there.
