GetAccept is e-signature and digital sales room software for B2B sales teams, sold per user, with proposals, deal rooms and CPQ on its higher plans.
GetAccept gives a seller and the buying team one shared room for the proposal, the contract and every question in between, in place of a thread of email attachments. That room is the Digital Sales Room, and the deal closes inside it with signatures that meet ESIGN and UETA in the United States and eIDAS in the European Union. The software comes from GetAccept Inc., a San Francisco company founded in 2015 that develops and sells it. Each deal room holds the documents, a Mutual Action Plan, file sharing and contextual commenting. Chat and engagement video let a seller talk to recipients without leaving the document. Proposals are built in the in-app editor from templates and the content library, and GetAccept AI adds an AI editor, smart content and a meeting summarizer. The Electronic signature module covers signing order, recipient roles, in-person signing and verification by SMS, eID or BankID, and it closes every document with a certificate and an audit trail. Contract management stores and tags signed agreements, Configure Price Quote (CPQ) builds quotes from a product library, and Tracking & Analytics shows how each stakeholder engages. B2B sales teams are its buyers, particularly where a deal needs several people on the customer's side to agree before anyone signs. The eSign plan serves a small team that only signs documents, while Professional opens the full deal room to larger teams. Enterprise adds CPQ, single sign-on, entities with their own branding, API read access and payment and HR integrations for bigger sales organisations. A typical deal starts in the CRM, with the seller sending the proposal from a Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive or Microsoft Dynamics record into a deal room. Once the buyer signs, the agreement can be filed back to SharePoint or Google Drive, and Stripe or Authorize.net collect payment in the same flow. Teams with a quoting step price the deal inside the proposal with CPQ, so the quote and the contract stay one document. GetAccept fits sales cycles where the proposal, the negotiation and the signature belong to one conversation with the buyer.
