Foxit eSign is electronic signature software from PDF editor maker Foxit for sending, signing and tracking agreements, licensed per user on annual terms.

Foxit eSign takes an agreement from a prepared PDF to a signed and stored record, guiding each signer through the fields they need to complete. Foxit Software Incorporated, the Fremont, California company behind Foxit PDF Editor and Foxit PDF Reader, develops and sells it. The service has its own plans, checkout and mobile apps, and it also runs inside Foxit PDF Editor. Foxit builds its signatures to meet the ESIGN, UETA and eIDAS standards and GDPR. Work starts with an envelope holding one or more documents, often built from a reusable template whose fields are tied to signer roles. Senders can enforce a signing sequence or combine series and parallel routing, and dependent fields appear only when a signer picks a set answer. Bulk eSignatures send one document to hundreds of signers from a spreadsheet, and online forms publish a template as a signing link. Signers can be checked by knowledge-based or multi-factor authentication, sign in person on the sender's device, or use Qualified eSignatures. Foxit Pay collects a payment inside the signing flow, On-Demand Notary handles notarization, and automatic reminders and expiration dates keep unsigned envelopes moving. Foxit eSign Essentials suits a single professional or a small office that needs legally binding signatures on a modest yearly volume of envelopes. eSign Business is the team plan, sold in a minimum block of licenses, adding unlimited envelopes, custom branding, signable web forms and user management. Both are licensed per user on annual terms, and organisations rolling out many seats move to Volume Licensing, quoted on subscription or perpetual terms. Templates and bulk sending suit recruiters, account managers and operations staff who issue near-identical paperwork every week. Offices already standardised on Foxit PDF Editor can sign there without switching applications. Contracts that need several signers in a fixed order, consent forms gathered from a whole client list and sign-up forms on a website are typical jobs. Microsoft 365 teams can send for signature from Microsoft Teams and Dynamics and file completed agreements in OneDrive. With the eSign for Salesforce connector, a sales team sees the CRM record updated once an agreement is complete. Field staff send and sign from the iOS and Android apps, and in-person signing serves a customer who has no email address to sign with.
