Fluency
by Fluency • • Cross-Channel Advertising Software
Fluency is an advertising operating system for PPC and multichannel ad management, built for agencies and multi-location brands and sold by quote.
Fluency turns one campaign design into hundreds or thousands of locally targeted ad accounts, then keeps their budgets, settings and results in view. It is the only product of Fluency Inc., which started in 2017 and answers to no parent company. The problem it addresses is scale. An agency or a brand with many locations can run the same plan everywhere across Google, Microsoft, Meta and programmatic channels without rebuilding each account by hand. Blueprints holds the campaign templates: a team builds a campaign once, stages accounts in Launch and rolls it out across channels. Account Management and Budget Management keep those accounts in line and can reallocate spend between publishers. Around them, overspend protection, performance bounds and an anomaly scan raise alerts, and a change history lets a change be reversed with one click. Reporting gathers every KPI across search, social, display, video and programmatic in one place and syncs the data to Domo or Tableau. Muse, the LLM-powered intelligence layer, answers questions about the data, surfaces trends and anomalies and recommends next steps. The platform is built for advertising agencies and for brands that advertise many locations at once, automotive dealers among them. Inside those teams, the portfolio dashboard serves the analysts and managers who oversee many assigned accounts. Access roles range from full platform access to view-only access for assigned accounts. New customers start with a demo, and a Fluency Advertising Engineer takes part in setting up product feeds and the first Blueprints. A typical week in Fluency means checking pacing on the dashboard, acting on budget recommendations and adding spend-heavy search terms as negative keywords. Broadcast schedules temporary ad copy and ad elements, while uploaded customer lists feed audience matching in Google Ads, Meta and Basis. Offline call and click conversions reach Google, Microsoft and Meta from an S3 bucket or an SFTP location. Programmatic campaigns are built in Blueprints and run through connected buying platforms such as Basis and The Trade Desk. It is the working space of teams that keep one advertising plan consistent across every local market they serve.
